At the time of economic development,the construction industry is in rapid development in recent years,China has promulgated a series of macro-control policies,the construction industry once again faces greater challenges,land approval,real estate sales increased the difficulty of the artificial cost of construction project and cost of raw materials increased,under the impact of policies,the construction project cost management is very important.Control the cost of engineering project,in order to ensure the quality of construction on the basis of effective control of costs,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,in the fierce market competition occupy a place.From real estate projects,similar conditions near the area under construction,the project cost there is a big difference,we can see that the project cost is an important factor affecting market competition in real estate projects,management and control of project cost has been the real estate enterprise's identity.Yushu Chateau Yushu city is three Sheng northbound,ring road to the construction of real estate projects,as the representative of Yushu City real estate projects,effectively change the Yushu City real estate market,change the local people's quality of life,according to the project as an example,the analysis of the cost management work.This paper starts from the current construction industry background,analysis of the importance of the construction project cost management,summarizes domestic and international research on project cost management,make full use of the successful ex0 perience at home and abroad to determine the research direction of this paper.With the help of project cost management theory,including value engineering theory,activity-based costing management theory and manufacturing cost theory,this paper lays the theoretical foundation of this paper and provides theoretical guidance for the study.Analysis of a hospital on the location of Yushu city economy and real estate market situation,determine the necessity of building a hospital on the project,a preliminary analysis of the project cost analysis,cost analysis,cost analysis and cost deviation forecast.Combined with the actual situation of a hospital on the project,analysis of the implementation of the different stages of the cost management in the process of the project,and found out the existing process of project cost management in Yushu chateau in question,put forward a solution,to further strengthen the work of cost management.Through the study of this article,we can further improve the cost management theory of engineering project,and also provide the necessary reference for the cost management of Yushu Yihaoyuan,and improve the level of cost management.
