| During the past forty years of reform and opening up in China,under the circumstance of global economic integration,facing the great competition pressure of enterprises,the appliance manufacturing industry is facing difficulties and has made remarkable achievements.Although home appliances manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly,there are still many problems,such as human capital investment,technological innovation,international competitiveness and so on.This requires that enterprises must start with internal management and improve the internal performance evaluation system in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the Balanced Scorecard theory,this paper takes the H company as an example to study the internal performance evaluation.In the process of writing and research,a lot of theories and literatures about Balanced Scorecard and performance evaluation have been sorted out,and the development of Balanced Scorecard and performance management has been sorted out by means of literature research.This paper focuses on the content of enterprise performance evaluation and the application principle of balanced scorecard.Secondly,the case study method is used to select H company as the case study object.The current situation of H’s performance evaluation system is analyzed,and its shortcomings are revealed,and the causes are analyzed.Finally,use the strategy map SWOT analysis method combined with customer value proposition rendering H,five aspects according to the actual situation of enterprises in accordance with the Balanced Scorecard financial perspective,customer perspective,internal process perspective,learning and growth perspective and environmental safety analysis research of the Balanced Scorecard set from the company,department and staff at three levels.Finally,according to the number of process performance evaluation,the card management tool using balanced scorecard in the performance evaluation system of H company,and analyzes the rational and efficient use of the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation measures needs to be done,on the basis of the conclusion of this study. |
