Engineering Construction Project Investment Control In Different Stages Of The Research

With the rapid development of education and the expansion of enrollment scale,the basic construction has become the key work of many colleges and universities.Basic construction for a long time,our country's higher vocational colleges not only common task,time is tight,investment and financing characteristics,and the project cost management is a big difficulty,depth and the effect of its management and mature construction unit,the development of enterprises have a larger gap.This paper takes the new campus construction project of hanzhong vocational and technical college as an example,and adopts the methods of literature research,tracking investigation and case analysis.Based on the project investment estimation,preliminary design budgetary estimate,completed construction drawing budget and final accounts,as well as to the project cost management of specific measures taken and results were analyzed,and concluded that the project decision-making,design,implementation and completion of each stage of the impact on the cost management and the existing problems.In the whole process cost management ideas,summing up the way of effective control of engineering cost,avoid the project implementation of budget beyond beyond the budget estimation,budget and final accounts over budget "San Chao" phenomenon.The significance of this study is to take the cost management of the specific university infrastructure project as an example,and find out the problems and explore the development direction of cost management through scientific and effectivemethods.In order to promote the sound development of project cost management and realize the best benefit,the paper puts forward feasible and effective cost management plan and suggestion for other infrastructure projects in southern shaanxi province.
