Highway freight transportation in China reach 75% of the country's total goods transportation,but there exists a situation of “messy and poor”: 90% of the market's capacity is in the hands of individual operators;vehicles to wait for return goods reach 72 hours,the average cruising rate is 44%.That directly leads to the high cost of social logistics in our country.The reason why this situation appears in the road freight market is that exists serious information asymmetry in the entire market.In the past,solving this problem depends on "intermediaries".Based on the part of information they hold between shippers and owners,the intermediaries provide credit guarantees for both parties' transactions to collect "information fees.With the rapid development of information technology and the continued popularity of mobile terminals such as smart phones,new forms of “internet + logistics” have emerged.Under the new "platform + APP" model,the center of gravity of the vehicles and goods match has begun to shift to the online mobile terminal.Matching is no longer limited to "acquaintances",but also involves the stranger in both sides of the entire market.After a period of savage growth,a large number of platforms collapsed,the other platforms which remains is transforming.After the transition,the platforms all face these same problems although the different operating models they have: lacking of a sound credit evaluation system;low matching efficiency and development profit model unknow.These problems become obstacles to the further development of the platform.What a sound credit evaluation system is establishing is a problem to improve the matching efficiency faced with platforms.The paper first introduced the four types of foreign country typical domestic highway freight transportation platforms: "Personalized Logistics Solution","Information Platform","Offline Highway Port + Online Information Platform," and "Logistics Broker ".After the compare of different models,the characteristics and problems existing in the matching of vehicles and goods are summarized.It also proposes to establish a new model of matching vehicles and goods on the basis of screening quality car owners through the credit evaluation system and establishing a virtual fleet with them to achieve controllable transport capacity.Subsequently,this article uses the analytic hierarchy process to select different indicators and establish a credit evaluation system for the owner and the shipper.In order to eliminate low-quality car owners and shippers,retain quality car sources and sources,and establish controllable capacity in cooperation with high-quality car sources,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to quantify the indicators to get the credit value of both sides.On the basis of mastering a large amount of controllable transportation capacity,the platform can participate in the entire vehicle-to-vehicle matching process,playing a role in the macro-matching of the platform,and reduce social logistics costs.Furthermore,starting from the actual background of “multi-carrying less goods”,a one-to-one vehicles-goods matching scheduling model with one destination and multiple cars,no distribution center,multiple models,first goods collection and delivery,and minimum matching cost is established.Meanwhile,Lingo's precise solution is obtained for the one-to-one matching of vehicles and goods,the matching of vehicles and goods in one-to-many cases,the small-scale Lingo exact solution,and the large-scale hybrid particle swarm optimization and tabu search algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,taking the T platform as an example,Analyze the development status and operation mode of T platform.Verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the reputation evaluation system.At the same time,through comparing the large-scale one-to-one matching of vehicles-goods exact solution with the large-scale one-to-many matching of vehicles-goods Satisfactory Solution,and comparing the small-scale one-to-many matching of vehicles-goods exact solution with the large-scale one-to-many matching of vehicles-goods Satisfactory Solution,Verified the reliability and practicability of the PSO-TS algorithm in solving vehicles-goods matching problems.
