The logistics industry has been praised as the "Accelerator" and "Third Profit Source" for promoting economic growth.It is one of the most important symbols to measure the degree of modernization and national comprehensive strength of a country.The domestic logistics industry has become an important support for China's economy,and the road freight business is also the mainstay of the domestic logistics market.The road network extending in all directions has created favorable conditions for road freight.Road transport has taken over most of the domestic freight market's transportation tasks with its advantages of flexibility and adaptability,and has occupied most of the domestic freight market.At present,there are a large number of individual transporters on the road freight market,and there are problems such as the oversupply of road freight services and the low prices of road freight services.With the increase in transportation costs,profit margins have been squeezed,and even worse,there has been hostile price competition on the road freight market,which has caused confusion in the freight rates on the road freight market.A reasonable level of freight can help companies accurately assess the effectiveness of the operation and enhance the enthusiasm of transport operators to improve their service levels.On the other hand.Reasonable pricing can effectively reflect the relationship between market supply and demand,and is the guarantee for the orderly development of the road freight market.M company is a member of the competitors in the road freight market and has more than 20,000 individual transporters registered on its car-free carrier platform.Every day,a large number of orders are placed on the company's car-free carrier platform.M company calculated the platform reference price as the price reference information for the transaction between the shipper and the driver based on the source information.However,the analysis shows that the platform guidance price and the actual freight have a large error and the accuracy is insufficient.The platform guide price does not have price guidance worth.Therefore,this thesis constructed a road freight pricing model for M company,which provided freight reference information that closer to both parties' psychological price for both shipper and carrier.On the issue of pricing models,this thesis first selected the influencing factors for road freight,and used grey correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between influencing factors,then used the factors with high correlation as indicators of model construction.Processed the historical data of M company's car-free carrier according to the cargo type,and then classified the order data of each type of goods into training data and inspection data.Built the M company's car-free carrier platform guideline pricing model of multivariate linear regression,BP neural network and PSO-BP neural network base on training data.Finally,based on the test data,the pricing effect of the model is evaluated.The results show that the PSO-BP neural network model has wide applicability and higher accuracy for various types of goods.
