Given the lacked cultural identity and mixed market issues of local cultural products,exploring the design model for local cultural products design from the perspective of brand development.This article relies on the organic rejuvenation project of the Leshan Suji Ancient Town.Taking Suji cultural product's research and development process as an example,through the investigation and analysis of outstanding cases,the local cultural products design model was constructed from several aspects including brand core,brand positioning,product system,product design and product strategy.The product design model,includes cultural pattern translation,function innovation,form deduction,and image transmission,and are combined with the research and development of Su Ji's cultural products.Under the brand context,the development of local cultural product design model can provide methodological reference for the research and development of different local cultural products,and systematically plan the products to establish local brand image of cultural products.
