Power lines are the lifeblood of the power grid operation,which can be destroyed by external forces while delivering electric energy,which may cause widespread power failure,which can bring harm to the social economy and people's life.Therefore,it is very meaningful to find fault lines and solve problems in time,restore system operation,and maintain the safety of power system.At home and abroad,the research on distribution lines is biased to the offline fault diagnosis.Existing monitoring devices and positioning devices can not monitor the operation status of power distribution lines in real time,so it is necessary to carry out research on on-line detection and diagnosis of power lines.In view of the above problems,this paper presents the advantages of WSN and proposes a fault location method based on wireless sensor network.Based on the study of WSN and its location algorithm,a fault location scheme of distribution line based on WSN is designed.1.Simple introduced the WSN node structure,characteristics,key technologies and distribution circuit design,as well as how to WSN application of fault location in power distribution lines on-line monitoring design,including the coordinator node network initialization of network is established,and the working process,the coordinator node for current sensor node was designed at the same time to join the working process of the network,and the network of nodes and communications test,test results show that using wireless sensor network(WSN)as a line distributed zero sequence current monitoring system is feasible.2.A fault location method for distribution line based on WSN is proposed.Firstly,the whole step of fault location of distribution network is introduced,and wavelet energy entropy is introduced to determine fault type,fault phase and fault section.In traditional zero sequence current increment method is difficult to solve the high resistance,under the condition of intermittent failures,instantaneous power direction is presented based on the zero sequence transient method and the zero sequence current increment method of fault location method,according to the "maximum amplitude,in the opposite direction" the characteristics of the relationship,in this paper,the relationship between the characteristics as the basis of monitoring fault line location.3.By applying WSN positioning algorithm,this paper realizes the accurate location of distribution line fault location nodes.Based on the traditional dv-hop algorithm,an unknown node can be converted into the constraint condition of anchor node to participate in the positioning.Analyzed the particularity of sensor nodes deployed in power distribution lines,the wireless sensor network distribution circuit model was established,using RSSI ratio jump number correction to calculate the last jump hop distance in positioning,the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is validated by computer simulation.
