Cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures are the most commonly used architectural structures in China.In industrial and civil construction projects,municipal engineering,water conservancy projects and roads and bridges,and other fields,have a wide range of applications.PCa assembly building,also known as prefabricated building accessories,is a kind of architectural form that has developed rapidly in recent years in China.At present,the prevalence of assembly building in China is still low,and the application field is not wide enough.The prefabricated building has the advantages of integrated design,short construction period,green construction,energy saving and environmental protection,etc.The assembly building of foreign developed countries has achieved fruitful results in application and has a good reference for us.This paper takes the actual project of Guangxing Road Residential Quarter Project in Shanghai as an example,based on the characteristics,application and development trends of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures and PCa fabricated structures.From the perspectives of architectural design,structural design,and BIM technology,the comparison and analysis of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures and PCa fabricated structures has resulted in the inconsistencies in the design and construction of cast-in-place buildings.It is prone to the incompleteness of architectural details caused by incomplete communication,which will affect the progress of construction,resulting in a large deviation between the built-up effect and the design plan.PCa prefabricated building has the characteristics of design standardization,component fitting production factory,construction mechanization,management modernization,etc.With more advanced design concepts and construction methods,it is suitable for the construction of large-scale similar buildings.It meets the needs of China’s current construction and development and has broad application prospects. |
