| Since China accelerated the process of urbanization,the urban population and the houses price increased rapidly,therefore there are large people live in the periphery of cities.And in the urban periphery during off-peak period,the passengers are less and distribute dispersedly,and usually they need take the bus traveling,in this case,the dispatching shortcoming of the traditional bus system are exposed: if the departure frequency is large,the operating cost of bus companies would be too high;if the departure frequency is so low,passengers would waited too much time.As the rapidly development of ‘internet +’,cloud computing,network of vehicles,especially mobile intelligent terminal in recent years,the model of booking car online emerges as the times require,then the service models of Didi dache,car pool,express and special car promoted rapidly,that models can effectively solve the problem of information asymmetry between transportation supply and demand,the idea of booking car online provides a train of thought for solving the problem of the supply and demand of bus in the urban periphery during off-peak period.Therefore,in this paper,a new bus system is designed,it can allow the passengers to reserve bus real-timely in intelligent booking ways,and at the same time,reduce the bus departure frequency,and reduce the passengers’ waiting time at the stations.The main research works of this paper as follows:(1)Briefly analysis the land using situation of urban periphery,and introduce the background of real-time bus reservation system in detail through analyzing the composition of residents and passengers’ travel characteristics,traveling ways and the influence of traveling ways selection during off-peak period in detail.(2)Analyze the physical structure of the real-time bus reservation system.The overall structure of the real-time bus reservation system consists of the dispatching center system,the passenger end and the bus terminal,and introduce the vital technologies of GIS,GPS and AVL;Then recommend two ways of real-timely booking bus,and elaborate the composition and function of the vehicle terminal system,the data management subsystem and the bus dispatching center system.(3)Briefly introduce the work process of real-time bus reservation system combined with flow chart in detail;The principles and steps of the shortest path algorithm(Dijkstra algorithm)and the heuristic shortest path algorithm(A* algorithm)are compared and analyzed,and the latter is chosen as the algorithm of bus path optimization in this paper;Then the response judgment function is established from two aspects: the capital cost disturbance of the bus company and the losing time cost of the passengers already in the system.(4)According to the field survey,180 bus and 396 bus in the peripheral area of Chongqing are selected as the research objects,briefly expound the actual situation of the two lines and design the bus sites of real-time bus reservation systems which transformed from the two bus lines,finally study the feasibility and superiority of the real-time bus reservation system through the calculation and comparative analysis under the situational hypothesis. |
