With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,the sales volume of motor vehicles in China has risen,and the number of various types of motor vehicles has continued to increase.As a result,various measures for urban transportation cannot be followed up in time,causing traffic management difficulties and urban traffic congestion is happening more and more frequent,it has caused people a lot of trouble in their daily travel.In recent years,the transportation department has actively used the development of today’s science and technology to build various types of traffic management information systems.However,these systems are not sufficiently informative and intelligent.They still need to consume a lot of manpower and resources and still have to meet transportation needs.With the development of high-tech such as big data,cloud computing and the Internet of Things,some developed countries are actively conducting research on intelligent transportation system programs,and are committed to creating a more intelligent and information-based transportation management system to improve the management level of the transportation sector and provide a better transportation environment for people’s daily travel.Some cities in China have also started the research and development of intelligent transportation system programs.It can be seen that the intelligent transportation system has important application value in improving the intelligent management level of the transportation sector and improving the road traffic environment.This thesis designs and implements a set of intelligent transportation information management system.The system is derived from a government project and is used to solve various aspects of government traffic management needs.This system is divided into five modules: real-time monitoring module,information query module,security management module,statistical analysis module and authority management module.The real-time monitoring module can perform road video monitoring,road vehicle monitoring,and traffic flow monitoring.At the same time,it can analyze the collected traffic data;the information query module is based on the analysis results of traffic data to query vehicle violations,vehicle types,illegal facts,suspected decks and other data;the security management module can perform control management,alarm management,and resource management;the statistical analysis module can perform query analysis and statistical analysis,and display various types of traffic data in the form of reports;the authority management module is through the setting of user roles and departments to achieve the requirements that different users have different operation rights and ensure the security of the system in operation.The project uses a big data platform,Kafka message queue for data collection,HBase distributed framework for data storage,Storm distributed framework for data processing,using Java language development,using Spring and Spring MVC and other framework technologies to achieve big data Intelligent transportation information management system.At present,the intelligent transportation information management system has been used in government departments,and users can use their account to access the system through the browser.By using this system,users can grasp the traffic flow data in real time and quickly handle various types of traffic events appropriately to realize the intelligentization of traffic management.
