Based on the construction project of science and technology of the Ministry of Transportation "Research of the Basic Theory on the Construction of Super Large Span Steel Truss-Concrete Composite Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge"(No.2013319814040),our research group put forward the conception "Continuous Construction of Assembled Steel-Plate deck" for multi-span assembled steel-concrete composite beam bridge,and the structural principle,mechanical properties and design methods are studied.The main research works are as follows:1)Based on a large number of related documents,the three structural forms of the continuous deck structure of multi-span simple beam bridge are summarized.The main causes and forms of the destruction of the continuous structure of the bridge deck are analyzed.The stress characteristic and calculation methods of continuous deck structure under the effect of vehicle live load,temperature effect and deflection of main girder are summarized.2)Aimed at three structural systems of the multi-span steel-concrete composite beam bridge(simply supported system,continuous structure and continuous deck),the connection method of the inter span of multi-span steel-concrete composite beam bridges is discussed,which has reasonable force,simple structure,convenient construction and reliable performance.3)The structural characteristics and mechanical properties of the continuous structure of assembled steel-plate bridge deck are studied.Formulas for calculating deformation and stress of the steel plate continuous structure under the action of temperature gradient,overall temperature change and vehicle load are derived.The connection structure and the calculation method of steel plate and concrete deck are studied.4)The ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the finite element analysis model of two span assembled steel-concrete composite beam bridge,which uses continuous structure of steel plate bridge deck.The stress and deformation characteristics of the steel plate continuous structure under different load conditions were studied.The influences of changing the length and thickness of continuous steel-plate,and the influence of ribbed steel plate and straight plate steel plate on the mechanical performance of the continuous bridge deck were analyzed and compared,and useful advices has been submitted.
