Because of the heavy industry development demand,the heavy value of the measurement equipment rated load is more and more important.But for a strong value traceability problem,at present the world largest range from standard hydraulic machine just 20 MN,and through the dead standard force machine,hydraulic test standard machine to implement strong values,such as high cost,large volume,not easy to operation.Can't satisfy to the large scale biggest superposition type force standard device of the full range of calibration,so unable to determine the error of the system,thus overlapping type force standard unit of measurement uncertainty evaluation is not accurate calculation.The stacking force standard device can solve the problem effectively.Based on the structure principle of build-up system,the reasons of the parasitic components and rotation effects of the build-up system structure were analyzed.Through the establishment of compensating force value transfer mechanics model of the structure,put forward the column load on the sensor end level of additional lateral force fluctuation quantity as numerical simulation analysis of the azimuth error evaluation indicators and gives the mathematical model of sine function related to the azimuth.Based on the finite element method,the finite element model of the contact mode and the contact mode is established.By comparing the stiffness of the pressure plate,the stiffness of the bearing seat and the stiffness of the equal-force plate,the transmission rule of the force value in the structure of the superimposed system is discussed in detail.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimization design of the superposition system.On this basis,the two kinds of contact stiffness of the bearing plate,bearing base height,compensating plate stiffness test analysis,respectively,by the experimental data processing comparing with simulation results,verify the contact way,structure parameters of size effect for the measured results,which reveals a strength in the superposition of load transfer mechanism in the structure of the system.Will the performance of the optimal load superposition system as standard of 300 kN stacking machine,and uses the domestic-the highest standard in the specification standard dynamometer testing technology research institute of China standard dynamometer to calibration of the whole machine,to verify whether the desired technical index requirements.Numerical simulation validation of evaluation indicators for load superposition provides theory basis for the optimization design of the structure,greatly reduces the design cost,at the same time is helpful for understanding the value in stacking transfer law of the system.In addition,the measuring force superposition system can be used as a reference standard for the stacking force value,and provides theoretical basis for the application of this principle to the establishment of the super-scale force standard machine.
