Risk Management Of Social Stability In A Railway Electrification Reform Project

A railway electrification reconstruction project has a large investment scale,a wide range of engineering construction,and the social stability risk assessment in the process of railway electrification construction,and take corresponding measures to guard against risk management,which is conducive to make decision rationalization,reduce the possibility of accidents and reduce the huge losses caused by the risk consequences.In this paper,based on the research of railway electrification transformation project of A railway,based on the characteristics of the project,focuses on the investigation of social stability risk of A railway electrification reconstruction project.Project through site visits,questionnaire,A talk,on A railway electrification transformation project stakeholders in the comprehensive detailed social stability risk survey,projects involving the implementation of stakeholder interests,easy to trigger social stability risk factors,are included in the survey scope;Then emphatically according to the results of investigations,this paper develops A railway electrification transformation project risk identification,out project implementation of 12 major social stability risk factors,and then the single factor of 12 social stability risk from the risk probability,risk degree and degree of risk,considering three aspects respectively quantitative risk factors,according to the major risk factors for weight,integrated computation A comprehensive risk index of railway electrification transformation project,determine project risk level;At the end of the paper the project,12 major social stability risk factors put forward corresponding measures to prevent risks,reduce project each single factor risk probability,risk degree and degree of risk,and social stability risk grade of A railway electrification transformation project to project implementation of normal operating level.
