Research On Performance Evaluation Of Chongqing Sea Port In The Perspective Of Customers

To implement the strategy of "the Belt and Road" in the country,Chongqing government issued implementing regulations on implementing the strategies of "the Belt and Road" of the country and constructing the Yangtze River economic belt.Promoting port construction and improving port performance are important and urgent.Customer and result oriented performance evaluation will lead and promote the construction of service-oriented public sector.In order to conform to market economy,the thesis study the performance evaluation of Chongqing sea port from the perspective of customers,find the shortage of Chongqing sea port,propose practical and feasible improvement measures.Provide theoretical guidance for international trade practices and sea port operations.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows.1.Construct the evaluation index system of Chongqing shipping port performance in customer perspective.Analyze the operation mechanism of sea port and the performance evaluation indexes of sea port in existing literature,detain the main people for evaluatio n,subject range,characteristics and deficiencies of indexes.Combine field research and document research for customer perspective,public sector operation,port performance evaluation and so on,the performance evaluation indexes of Chongqing sea port is preliminarily determined.After that,based on the characteristics of Chongqing sea port which from the customer.And the evaluation value of the port for the customer can be got.Finally,this thesis determine the index system and expound the rationality of them with the help of statistical analysis technique.2.Construct the performance evaluation model of Chongqing sea port in the perspective of customers.After determine the performance evaluation index system of Chongqing sea port in the perspective of customer,this thesis quantize questionnaire survey data.By using the fuzzy multi-attribute evaluation model,the weight of the index of Chongqing sea port is solved by considering the type of customer evaluator.After that,measure the performance level of Chongqing sea port in the perspective of customer,find the problems of Chongqing sea port.and put forward improvement measures.
