With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous progress of mechanical manufacturing technology,asphalt mixture paver,as the main mechanical equipment of the pavement,can automatically control the spreading speed,feed speed and automatic adjustment equal function.However,in the course of paving,there will still be uneven paving and uneven pavement,which affects the paving quality and service life of the pavement,so it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors and improvement measures of the paving quality.At present,there are some problems such as low efficiency,complicated operation,expensive equipment and so on.In order to evaluate the uniformity of paver pavements in real time and quickly,this paper tooks the stage of paving paving as the research object.Relying on the research,measurement,theoretical analysis and software programming,the digital image processing technology was used to evaluate the spread uniformity of the paver on Ji Qi Expressway.A rapid evaluation method for paving uniformity was also studied.The main research results are as follows:(1)This paper expounded the working principle and main structural parameters of paver,including the preparation and requirement of construction site,the determination of paver operating parameters,the selection and adjustment of paver structure parameters.The technical control and joint treatment of feeding mechanism and automatic leveling system were analyzed.(2)This paper put forward the commonly used evaluation index of asphalt paver's working quality,analyzed the influence of segregation and smoothness of mixture on paving quality,including the selection of paver,the control of structure parameter and the control of operation parameter.In order to further improve the paving quality of asphalt pavement,the corresponding improvement measures were put forward in the aspects of the control of loading vehicle and the control of spreading direction and construction technology.(3)In this paper,the digital image acquisition technology was applied,and the method of high difference was used to study the effect of different height image acquisition from the aspect of particle loss and precision,and the best range of photographs was determined.The influence of illumination angle and luminance ondigital image was analyzed,the storage format of image was determined by digital image processing technology,and the image preprocessing,morphological processing and image recognition were carried out.It provided a foundation for the evaluation of spreading uniformity using image acquisition technology.(4)According to the concept of pavement segregation,the theory of static moment evaluation of four sides was put forward.According to the loose paving stage of paver,the fast evaluation method of asphalt pavement uniformity was studied,with the help of MATLAB software.A rapid evaluation and analysis system of asphalt mixture spreading uniformity was developed,and the judgement index of asphalt mixture uniformity in loose paving stage was obtained,and the test data of the support project were verified.It proves that the uniformity evaluation index can quickly and accurately identify the unevenness of the pavement of the paver.
