Research On The Value Evaluation Of Traditional Village

Traditional villages are treasures of China's outstanding cultural heritage and non-renewable resources,which contain the essence of farming civilization and traditional Chinese culture.China began to attach importance to the protection of traditional villages from 2012.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other departments are responsible for organizing the selection work.At present,four batches of 4153 traditional villages have been included in the list of traditional villages in China.Their protection and development work has aroused widespread attention.However,due to natural or man-made reasons,traditional villages are facing the danger of damage and disappearance.The fundamental reason is that people do not really understand the value of traditional villages.The protection of cultural heritage is essentially the protection of values.In order to protect traditional villages,it is very important and urgent to carry out scientific and comprehensive value evaluation studies.Through the comprehensive investigation and combing of the value characteristics of the traditional villages,scientific methods are used to conduct value evaluations,and then corresponding protective measures are taken to their values.The factors that influence and destroy the value of traditional villages are pointed out,which is beneficial to the scientific protection and sustainable development of traditional villages.At present,there are relatively few studies on traditional village value evaluation.Based on relevant theoretical studies,this paper puts forward a set of relatively complete traditional village value evaluation methods and processes,including the preliminary comprehensive investigation and scientific value evaluation,so that the value evaluation results can guide the village protection planning scientifically.So that the three can be closely linked and complement each other.This paper holds that the complete connotation of the traditional village includes three aspects of material environment,traditional life and historical culture,which are further divided into seven indexes,such as location environment,landscape pattern,traditional architecture,folk custom,production and life,historical accumulation and non material culture.In the value evaluation of traditional villages,the three aspects of the traditional village matter,activity and spirit should be carried out in the basic investigation,value evaluation and protection planning.The consistency of the research content can make the value of the traditional village play a maximum role,and improve the scientificity and operability of the value evaluation process.In the introduction,the paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the traditional village value evaluation.The second chapter reviews the related theories of the traditional village value evaluation,sums up the three aspects of village protection,value content and value evaluation,and has a certain understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research.On the basis of theoretical research,the third chapter proposes a relatively complete set of methods and processes for the evaluation of traditional village values,including the contents,principles,and steps of value evaluation.Firstly it has a comprehensive survey,and assess the value of the combination of qualitative and quantitative,finally forms the value evaluation report and put forward some corresponding suggestions on protection planning.The fourth chapter takes Jijiaying village in the traditional village of Beijing as an example to verify the research,and uses the proposed traditional village value evaluation method and process to carry out a detailed investigation and value evaluation.Finally,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for its existing the traditional village protection planning.The innovation of this paper is about the protection of traditional villages from the perspective of the value of traditional villages,and put forward a complete set of evaluation process,establish corresponding relationship among basic research,value evaluation and conservation planning.And the research is verified by an example,research conclusions have certain theoretical and practical significance for the protection and development of traditional villages.
