| In recent years,with the implementation of the sustainable development strategy,the construction industry in our country as the national output value leading industry also gradually aware of the current widespread problems,which are constructin resource waste and environment pollution.So green building has become the fresh air in our construction industry,in the whole life cycle of buildings maximum use of existing resources,providing people a healthy,comfortable and efficient space.However,there are some difficult problems during the construction of green building,such as a large number of and a wide range of architectual information,and it is difficult to be classified and arranged;green building requires high utilization of resources and energy,and how to maximize the use of resources;there are too many participants in a construction project,who will have conflicts when working together;the investment side is difficult to make in the early period of the green building.Building Information Modeling is a technology based on the data information of construction projects,simulating real information of buildings by digital information emulation,and can be applied to solve problems in green building due to its unique visualization,informatization and integration.Based on the theory of BIM technology,green building and present situation of application at home and abroad,summarize the overlap and application advantages of BIM technology in the green building planning stage,design stage,construction stage and operation stage.In the planning stage of green building,we use BIM collaborative platform to collect the information,select plan combining the site and the environment and estimatie investment;in the design stage,the REVIT modeling software is used to the three-dimensional visualization of the traditional two-dimensional drawings,and carried out collision test and energy consumption analysis of buildings;in the construction stage,we use BIM collaboration platform to carry out the cooperation and exchange of the participants and update and share the construction information,so as to facilitate the whole process control and schedule management of the construction,and then control the cost according to the constant change of quantities,and maximize the resources of people,materials and machines;according to the previous database,we can tracking maintenance and formulating green operation plan in the operation and maintenance stage,we can see that BIM technology can solve the problems of information confusion and poor coordination in green building,and improve the level ofgreen building in all aspects.Then build the life cycle application framework of green building based on BIM technology,determine the main functional requirements of the framework according to the work process of the construction project,select the unified coding Omniclass system and build database.In this system,the participants of the building project can participate in real time and can simulate the energy consumption of green building.On this basis,taking specific construction projects as an example,using BIM technology to carry out special analysis and research on the whole life cycle of the project.Finally,the challenges and obstacles of the application of BIM technology in the lifecycle of green building are analyzed,and the future application is forecasted,this thesis provide theoretical reference for the combination of BIM and green building in the future. |
