The EPB switch replaces the traditional mechanical vehicle's manual brake lever and other complex mechanical components,through the electronic control way to realizes the vehicle the implement and release,it can be save the cab and chassis space,the operation is very convenient,and can enhances the vehicle stability effectively,it has the bigger development potential.Through the comparison and analysis of the traditional parking brake lever and the EPB system,the thesis obtains the advantages of the EPB switch and its research significance,at the same time,it can according to the technical requirements of the switch and its working principle,it makes the theoretical analysis and in-depth performance research.The design of a modular switch with integrated electronic one-button start and stop,electronic hand brake and auto parking function is studied.Studying the structural and mechanical properties of each function module,the mathematical model equations are established according to the mechanical and dynamic characteristics,which provide the theoretical basis for the design of the products.Base on the working principle of the braking control system,the hardware of the switch is designed and researched,including the control unit and the circuit design of each module,so that it satisfies the current function requirement.According to the standardized design of the switch test system,the thesis researched into the whole structure,the hardware and the stability issues,designs and test the EMC,also make all the relevant tests to ensure its high reliability and safety.
