First, the dissertation analyzes the development of the construction machine and the control engineering at home and abroad. At the same time point out that the key of the development of the construction machine technology lies in further improving all kinds of performance index of its electric hydraulic control system, however the difficulty is just that the communication mode and data information process. Aiming at several representative electric -hydraulic control module of the construction machine control system based on the CAN bus will stand out all the electric-hydraulic control system of the construction machine. Based on what we have said above, we design the communication adapter, data acquisition module, data control module and the hydraulic test flat which is controlled by the high-speed switch valve. Furthermore combine the three digital module of the bus system based on the CAN2.0A communication protocol. Then using the PC as the host control node, we complete the universal data electric which is designed by ourselves, the system can achieve the expected results on dynamic and static state. Through modifying the management procedure, control program and the outside driving electric circuit, the system can be adaptive to the electric-hydraulic control groupware of any new construction machine. |
