Research On The Construction Of Lean Management System In DYDL Company

The machine tool as the "mother of industry",is a symbol of a country’s manufacturing level.With the development of electronic information technology,the world has entered the machine mechanical and electrical integration time to digital manufacturing technology as the core,which is representative of one of the products of CNC machine tools.In Europe,the United States,Japan and other industrialized countries have completed the CNC machine tool the process of industrialization,and China started in1980 s,is now in the stage of development.Although China’s CNC machine tool industry has made some achievements,but still faces many restrictive problems,compared with foreign products,there is a big gap between the Chinese CNC machine tools.The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the urgency of the implementation of lean management by enterprises.Refer to the DYDL numerical control machine tool production line and the actual situation of the company’s development.The lean management system reflects the imbalance in the machine tool market,waste of production resources,and the unbalanced efficiency of machine tools.It is necessary to discuss the ways in which lean management can be combined with the actual production of the enterprise and fully adapt to the current situation of the company,and propose suggestions for existing institutional and manufacturing issues.The main significance is to assist DYDL to establish a lean system that adapts to the current status of the company,aiming to improve management efficiency,reduce manufacturing costs,increase competitiveness and market share,and assist the company in its development.In general,the main research results are as follows :First,take the domestic large-scale numerical control machine tool production enterprise DYDL company as the research object,based on the company’s actual situation,unifies the company key project development situation,uses many kinds of lean management tools to carry on the analysis to the enterprise production process;Secondly,according to the actual situation of DYDL Company,how to choose the lean management system suitable for the development of the company before lean management is put into practice;Thirdly,it puts forward some suggestions on how to implement lean management in DYDL enterprise lean management,as well as the supervision and evaluation of leanmanagement,in order to realize the expected goal of lean management.
