The stainless steel core plate is made of evenly arranged stainless steel tube as the core material, and the core material is integrated with the upper and lower stainless steel panels by brazing to form a whole. The stainless steel core plate perfectly combines the advantages of stainless steel, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and light weight and high strength of the core plate structure, with easy mass production, reusable, green and other notable features. With the increasing abundance of stainless steel products, the stainless steel industry has now become a leader in the field of building materials, and it has a very wide range of application prospects. In order to regulate the stainless steel industry and the market,it is necessary for China to formulate corresponding regulations and standards to regulate its use and to guide its development.Based on the existing research, this paper analyzes the brazed residual stress of stainless steel core plate components. The main contents of the study include:(1)The paper combed the relevant knowledge of brazing, expounded the impact of welding residual stress on the structural performance, briefly introduced the basic theories of thermodynamics and finite element method, paving the way for subsequent research work.(2)According to the existing finite element analysis theory of welding thermal process, based on the specific problem of brazing residual stress of stainless steel core plate components, the software ANSYS was used to establish the thermal-structure coupled analysis model for finite element analysis. The method of establishing the finite element model, the load application, and the setting of solution options were described in detail.(3)Using multiple solving methods and direct solving methods, the brazing residual stress of the stainless steel core plate component was analyzed, and the calculation of the two was compared from the temperature distribution, deformation distribution, stress distribution, path results and time history analysis. As a result,a new method for the finite element analysis of the brazing heat process was discovered.(4)The influence of geometric dimensions on the brazed residual stress of stainless steel core plate members was investigated.Through the finite element analysis of 29 models, the four factors of panel thickness, core tube thickness, solderthickness and core tube diameter were obtained. The effect of welding residual stress on the size and distribution of the law.Provides advice and guidance for the design and production of stainless steel core panels.
