With the increase of China's population and the accelerated process of urbanization,the number of municipal solid waste presents a trend of rapid growth year by year.Therefore,it becomes particularly important to deal with the problem,and the collection of transportation links is an important part of the treatment of municipal solid waste,which seriously affects the economic,social and environmental benefits of the garbage disposal.Nowadays,the research and management of municipal solid waste often stay in the end control and source control,but less attention is paid to the transportation link in the middle parts.It is difficult to apply the research on the scheduling and path optimization of the garbage collection and transportation vehicles.The existing research objectives are relatively simple and there are few studies on multi vehicle models,and few studies have been conducted on classified transportation.Therefore,based on the research gap of garbage collection and transportation,this paper proposes a clear vehicle scheduling based on municipal solid waste classification.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the municipal solid waste collection and transportation system,combined with the present situation of the municipal solid waste in Xuanwu District in Beijing,this paper describes the existing transportation routes and analyzes the existing problems,and studies the equipment configuration and the dispatching of the transportation vehicles.It is mainly divided into two parts,one is the optimization of the existing mixed transportation mode,and the other is the vehicle dispatching of classified clearance.Firstly,we combine the queuing theory to optimize the configuration of the unloading port of the transfer station and analyze the economic benefit.Then,according to the characteristics of the garbage collection and transportation mode,the Rollon-Rolloff VRP model of multi target,batch and time window is set up,and the constraints in the actual problems are converted into constraints,and the focus is combined with the cost and the vehicle arrives at the transfer station.The influence of unloading waiting time on clearing vehicle scheduling is established.Secondly,the vehicle scheduling model of refuse collection based on municipal solid waste classification is put forward,which is divided into combined clearance transportation and separated clearance transportation,which belongs to the VRP model of point collection form.The total clearance cost is more advantageous than the separated clearance transportation.In terms of model solution,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the vehicle scheduling problem in different modes under MATLAB programming.The vehicle scheduling scheme is compared and analyzed.The model calculation results show that the optimized vehicle scheduling reduces the queuing time of the vehicle and reduces the number of vehicles used,and the vehicle scheduling scheme is mixed with the number of vehicles,driving distance,cost and economic benefits.Although the cost and the number of vehicles are higher than the mixed transportation,it has a favorable effect on the transfer sieving treatment and the classification treatment of the end,and the back end utilization is greater than the related cost of the clearance transportation.A separate vehicle dispatching scheme is the best choice in this research.
