It is the the main link and key process that the prestressed pipe grouting is in the prestressed concrete bridge project.The quality of grouting directly affects the durability and carrying capacity of bridges.It is the high quality grouting that can improve anticorrosion and rust resistance of prestressed reinforcement,strengthen the adhesion of prestressed reinforcement or steel strand and concrete,as well as guarantee prestress degree and reduce prestress loss.As a mainstream technology,the vacuum grouting has effectively improved gouting quality.But the vacuum grouting technology still has some shortcomings,such as the significant influence of human factors,the low level of automation and the dust pollution serious problems.It is a concealed work that leads to detection difficult of grouting quality.It is the article that introduces the current situation and development trend of grouting technology at home and abroad.It has studied on automatic grouting technology and key subsystems of machine including mechanical power,control,sensor measurement,data management and auxiliary subsystem.It has formed the ney type automatic grouting machine through technical research,theoretical analysis,equipment selection and development,indoor experiments and engineering trial means.The machine has the function of automatic metering,automatic batching and automatic grouting,automatic vacuum pumping.
