The Core Elements Management Of Greening Project

With the development of modern city construction,people's demand for living environment has been improved,and the ecological greening project of the community has become a necessary infrastructure in the construction of residential communities.The residence is no longer a mere resting place,but a comprehensive place of entertainment,leisure and sports after work.Greening has played a vital role in the formation of multi-functional sites in the commvnity.The city has begun to beautify the construction,and the community has attached foremost importance to greening construction.However,the domestic green enterprise lack the scientific method on greening project management recently,neither considering the characteristic of greening itself,nor having deep research on project management theory and method,blind imitation result in greening enterprise is difficult to form a competitive advantage.Based on this,this paper studies the project management theory and methods,analyzes the existing problems of greening enterprises,and deeply thinks about the project management of the greening project.In the study,we mainly uses literature research,case analysis and other methods.Based on the research of the theory of project management,and clarify the relationship between the project management theory,combined with the characteristics of greening projects,determine the greening project management method used in the engineering project,and finally to the quality management,schedule management,cost management,the three core elements as the breakthrough point for greening project management control,realize the goal of greening projects.With Lijing community greening project as a case,using the summary of project management theory and method,making analysis and summary in the process of using,finally explores the general management method for greening engineering project management.In the thesis,we discusses the core elements management of the greening of the community.First,reviewed the research on the management of green engineering projects in the residential area is presented.Second,introduced the related concepts and theories of project management,especially the related theories and methods of the three core elements of quality,schedule and cost.Third,this paper introduces the basic situation of the case of Lijing community.Then,given emphasis on how to apply the methods of quality management,schedule management and cost management to the project.Finally,summarized our research and look forward to the future.The results of this paper provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the green management in this district,and also provide some reference for the similar green project management in other communities in the future.
