There is an incremental load due to the planning of northern clean electricity heating.Combined with the reform of the electricity market,in order to reduce the cost of “coal-to-electricity” project for the end-users,which is involved in the transaction of direct power purchase by large users.In this paper,research on the mathematical problem of cooperative optimization of “source – grid-load” relates to marginal generating cost of generating unit,and the transmission and distribution price of different voltage grade and so on.At the same time,the problem is linearized,and the “source – grid-load” collaborative linear programming model is established to minimize the sum of the incremental generation cost and the incremental transmission and distribution cost of electric power network.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)The mathematical expression and the corresponding constraints of "source-net-load" collaborative optimization model are established.Based on the theory of optimal power flow,considering the incremental power generation cost(marginal power generation cost)and the incremental transmission and distribution costs of the electric power network,establishing the "source-grid-load" collaborative optimization mathematical model which minimizing the sum of the incremental generation cost and the incremental transmission and distribution cost of electric power network.(2)Establishing "source-net-load" collaborative optimization linear programming model.Utilizing the DC power flow method,linearize the transmission problem of electric power network.At the same time,the "source-grid-load" collaborative optimization mathematical model is standardized processing to linear programming model,and established the “source–grid-load” collaborative linear programming model under the background of transaction of direct power purchase by incremental loads such as northern clean electricity heating,at the same time,the network branch constraints of the model are handled as interval constraints,and the incremental generation constraints of the unit are treated as boundary constraints.(3)The linear programming software package is used to solve the linear programming model in this paper,and demonstrated the validity and feasibility of the model.A 7 node example is used to solve the model.Meanwhile,the influence of power increment generation constraints,transmission congestion and transmission and distribution cost weights on the optimization results of linear programming model are separately analyzed.(4)Combine with the Science and Technology Project of State Grid: "Research on the Implementation of Electric Power Alternative for Regional low-carbon Energy Integration Planning",the model was applied in a power grid of western provinces where wind power,photovoltaic and other new energy sources are concentrated,and electric heating incremental load demand is relatively large,and obtain good practical results.(5)At the end of the paper,we prospected the application of energy storage technology in the incremental load of electric heating,and thoroughly explored the flexible controllable characteristics of the incremental load of electric heating,and realize the coordinated operation of source network storage and storage,etc.
