Due to the instability of wind power output and the randomness of users’ power load,it is difficult for the system to arrange power generation according to the predicted output,and it brings difficulties to the system scheduling.When a user’s electricity consumption reaches a certain scale,the user will no longer purchase electricity directly from the power generation company through third-party restrictions.This is a broad interpretation of the direct purchase of electricity by large users.At the same time,the implementation of the policy of direct power purchase by large users is the core content of the power system reform and is indispensable in the economic dispatch of the power system.This article takes the new electricity reform and energy demand side reform for large users as the background.This paper analysis of the impact of direct power purchase for large users on system dispatching and the research of demand response on user side also have a great impact on power system dispatching.This paper first discusses the research background and significance of this topic,and then lists the research status of related fields,and makes a detailed introduction of the large user direct power purchase policy and demand response,which provides theoretical support for the later modeling and simulation.In this paper,based on the uncertainty of wind power generation and load,considering large users,the corresponding economic dispatch model is established in the system.In the model,the interval optimization method is used to deal with the uncertainty of wind power,and the load uncertainty is dealt with based on the price demand response.In this paper,a robust interval optimal scheduling method is proposed based on the large users’ participation in the scheduling,considering the uncertainty of wind power and load.In the economic dispatch model considering direct power purchase of large consumers,the wind power output constraint based on wind power prediction interval is added.The optimal operation benefit of power generation enterprises is taken as the objective,and the spinning reserve cost,environmental penalty term and wind abandonment penalty cost are introduced into the objective function.Based on CPLEX software,the economic dispatch model is solved to obtain the optimal range of wind power,load curve,daily operation of each unit,arrangement of direct power purchase and income of power generation enterprises under each scenario.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed model is verified by comparing the economic dispatch models of direct power purchase with and without wind load uncertainty. |
