As a new structural system of prefabricated buildings,multi-ribbed composite panel structure has gradually attracted the attention of construction industry due to its features of energy conservation,environmental protection and high efficiency.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology provides digital technology support such as information integration and resource sharing in all aspects and has been used widely.However,there is relatively little research at home and abroad in the field of combining the multi-ribbed composite panel structure with BIM.In order to promote the implementation of residential industrialization,this paper conducts research on combination of multi-ribbed composite panel system and BIM technology.The research of this dissertation is mainly based on Visual Studio 2015,adopts object-oriented programming language C#and uses Revit API for secondary development.It generates plug-in system which matches native interface in Revit and highly automated completes a series of steps such as modeling,reinforcement,calculation,and drawing of multi-ribbed composite panel modeling.The plug-in system provides the instructions and precautions,striving to users can quickly grasp the use of methods and improve work efficiency.The main results of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Designing modeling of typical multi-ribbed composite panel and connecting components with BIM technology,which nearly covers all types of common components in the actual project,enabling designers to perform 3D modeling,assembling,and data saving in Revit interface.(2)Realizing the parametric layout of reinforced bars in the multi-ribbed composite panel structure,which solved the difficulty of the complex and inefficient deployment by designers in Revit.At the same time,the amount of steel bars can be automatically calculated according to the components.Proposing reinforcement modeling techniques which combined with practical project experience.(3)For the pre-embedded components of the ribbed composite panel structure which needed in the construction project,the automatic arrangement is achieved by means of a loading family,which reduces the designer's repetitive workload.(4)Using Revit's export interface,the research simplifies the original export steps,realizes one-click conversion of the 3D model into 2D view and exporting DWG files Realizing one-click operation of text annotating and dimensioning.(5)Developing data reading,writing and transfering capabilities,using user-stored data to perform real-time calculation and draw Nu-Mu curve drawing of the cross-section capacity of multi-ribbed composite panel in eccentric compression.Taking the "4×4" multi-ribbed composite panel as an example to illustrate the implementation principle and demonstrate the application effect.
