| With the rapid development of economy in our country,the development space of the construction of transportation has been expanding,so the request on highway using function and technical index becomes more and more.Under the condition of high temperature,low temperature,precipitation,overload and other unfavorable factors,Rutting,cracking and spalling and other diseases always turns up in the construction of asphalt pavement,which not only seriously influence the service life of pavement,but also seriously affect the performance of the pavement.As the appearance of asphalt modification technology and asphalt mixture modified technology that improving the pavement performance of pavement,good result was obtained when these technologies applied in the practical engineering.Compared with ordinary asphalt mixture,high modulus asphalt mixture has the good ability of high temperature resistance to deformation.High viscosity of high modulus asphalt and the high modulus high strength characteristics of corresponding mixture provides a a new idea and method to solve the issues of pavement rutting damage,fatigue damage and water damage.In recent years,the level of our country highway pavement construction technology enhances increasingly,especially the emerging new new technologies and material of modified hot-mix asphalt mixture,among which the King Road-RK asphalt mixture technology-is a type of asphalt mixture technology which mixes additive RK300.RK300 is one kind of Rubber and plastic composite material,have the characteristics of high liquidity,high tensile and high modulus.The asphalt mixture adulterated with RK300 has the advantage of higher temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability over matrix asphalt mixture.This article is based on raw material properties of high modulus asphalt mixture RK300,experimental study was done for the design of mix proportion of asphalt mixture adulterated with RK300.Performance of high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and other main road-use performance is researched,at the same time compressive modulus of resilience of RK300 high modulus asphalt mixture is researched.At the same time,the high modulus asphalt mixture with RK300 were compared to common asphalt mixture on performance.It turned out that as for performance of high temperature and low temperature crack resistance,RK300 has a an obvious effect in enhancing the performance of high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance,which also has a an obvious effect in enhancing performance of water stability and fatigue.The research results of the paper has important practical significance to solve the issues of permanent deformation of asphalt pavement under Under the overload transportation. |
