As a modern information technology platform,BIM will inevitably lead to changes in the production methods of the construction industry and become one of the tools for improving the production efficiency of the construction industry.The development of BIM technology has changed from the initial concept popularization stage,the small-scale pilot stage transition to the current system construction,industry standard formulation stage.In the research process of BIM standards in China,the BIM standard system at the national level has been continuously improved,but the development of enterprise-level BIM standards lacks overall planning.At the same time,the existing enterprise BIM standards also lack corresponding top-level design to promote their application.Because the construction unit is in the core position of BIM application and can really realize the application of BIM in the whole life cycle of the project,this paper studies the top-level design of BIM application standard of construction unit.Firstly,based on literature review and theoretical research,through discussing the relationship between BIM requirements,BIM applications,and BIM standards,we demonstrate the perspective of the top-level design approach from the perspective of demand system perspective.Secondly,the author obtains demand elements through the literature review and expert survey,conducts questionnaire survey to measure these elements in order to verify their correlation,and adopts descriptive analysis,reliability test and validity test to the data obtained in the measurement.Then,structural equation model statistics are adopted to research/verify the correlation of the demand elements in the demand system model.Based on the above empirical research,the demand system framework is established.Thirdly,the process of designing top-level BIM application standards from the perspective of the requirements system is designed,and a method of combining top-down decomposition extraction with bottom-up aggregation is proposed.The above processes and methods are applied to the framework construction of the BIM standard system to form a BIM standard.The framework of the system.Finally,the author selects the method to verify the top-level design of the BIM standard and the flow chart of the construction perspective and the completeness of the content,and further verify the implementation method of the BIM standard top-level design of the construction unit.Through the above research work,the following research results have been obtained: The top-level design method and construction perspective,that is,the perspective of the demand system,have been proposed and demonstrated;through the research on the BIM application requirement system,the overall task of BIM standard construction has been clarified;The BIM application standard top-level design process for the construction unit is designed from the perspective of the demand system;the top-level structure,hierarchical structure and framework structure of the BIM standard system,and the standard schedule are explored to provide reference for the research and development of enterprise-level BIM standards.
