| "Grey space" is a space with diverse functions and great creativity.It can exist in various environments in a rich manner.The dual space property between indoor and outdoor endows it with excellent transition mechanism and improves the harmony and harmony of architecture and environment.For users,they can meet their physiological needs well while taking care of their psychological needs at a higher level.The ancients knew this well and used the grey space flexibly and skillfully in all kinds of buildings.But,under the background of industrialization,the gray space of modern residential buildings,the problems such as low space utilization,form is greater than the function,which makes people began to re-examine construction under the new era and the environment as well as the relationship between the people,and is thus to person’s demand as the starting point of "" environmental and behavioral studies also began to cause widespread attention.Research based on the theory of environmental behavioral research at home and abroad,selecting two representative in zhuzhou live different types of grey space as the research place,behavior maps,data statistics,research methods,combining with the environmental information in the consideration of main elements such as gender,age,grey space for residential buildings in different periods of using people,activity type,regional distribution in detail,such as environmental information collection,through the comparison and detailed observation data of different scale scene user behavioral characteristics do statistical analysis.Results show that:(1)the use of grey space people and time appear certain relevance,at different times of the main influence is that the weather factors such as light,temperature to a certain extent determines the user’s space and use good microclimate conditions can improve the utilization rate of residents of grey space;(2)grey space utilization as well as the activity type is closely related with space to surround close way,high utilization of regional accessibility level is high,less traffic disruption,the available area,with appropriate support for multiple behavior of mixed use;(3)the utilization rate of grey space is related to the setting of space facilities.The main use areas of grey space include sitting and rest facilities and fitness facilities.(4)users of different ages and genders have the characteristics of domain and preference for the use of grey space.Therefore,this paper summarizes the discussion on the applicability methods of grey space design of residential buildings,including :(1)creating appropriate space micro-environment;(2)reasonable division of different types of behaviors in organizational space;(3)pay attention to the reasonable setting of landscape and facilities in space;(4)environmental compatibility with individual factors and different types of behaviors.Analyze the design key points of each element of space composition and put forward relevant Suggestions.Article from the perspective of humanistic space designers,residential building grey space design method is studied,in order to realize to improving the quality of the grey space,and the indirect improve indoor environment,on the whole the optimization of residential space sequence,which give users a better experience of space. |
