Landscape Planning And Design Of Zhumadian Pingyu County Xiaoqing River Under The Guidance Of Flexible Design Concept

Cities rely on the rise of rivers.Rivers are an important carrier of urban environment and a witness to the development process.China has about 100000 rivers.There are various problems in the process of contemporary urban river management.For example,the original irrigation and transport functions have disappeared.Pollution,serious revetment canalization,lack of landscape,ecological cycle is broken,human history cannot be passed down,flood discharge capacity is poor,and so on.The landscape planning and design of urban rivers is in a predicament to some extent,and the drawbacks of traditional planning and governance methods are gradually exposed.This paper proposes an elastic design concept for the existing problems of urban rivers and studies the urban river landscape planning and design under the guidance of the concept of flexible design.It is of great significance: it can make full use of the abundant natural resources of urban rivers;and it can enhance the various functions of urban rivers.The value of landscape environment and surrounding land use;the ability of urban rivers to resist external disturbances,self-adjustment,self-repair and post-management;This paper conducts theoretical and systematic research through literature research methods,field investigation methods,case study methods,and empirical research methods,and scientifically proposes the concept of elastic design and related planning and design strategies based on the development status of urban rivers,guided by the concept of flexible design.A study on the landscape planning and design of Xiaoqinghe urban river in Pingyu County,Zhumadian.Reshape the urban river landscape with elasticity and vitality in the area,which combines theory and practice.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Study the definition of related concepts involved in this paper and comprehensively describe the research status of the application of elastic design concept,urban river landscape planning and design,and elastic design concepts in urban river landscape planning and design at home and abroad.Analyze the application of the concept of elastic design in landscape planning and design at home and abroad,and summarize the corresponding application methods.Analyze the environmental characteristics that urban rivers should possess,and summarize the difficulties they face,so as to propose a fit between the concept of flexible design and urban river planning and design.The main purpose is to make urban rivers a growth-type landscape that integrates with cities and builds Urban residents and visitors of the composite functional urban river.It is further verified that the concept of elastic design is the future trend of landscape planning and design.Urban rivers need the guidance of flexible design concepts to improve their dangerous conditions.(2)Drawing on the research points of the concept of elastic design,put forward the urban river landscape planning and design principles: follow the principles of natural law,overall development,dynamic adaptability,functional diversity,adjustability,moderate flexibility,and economicality.Formulate the overall planning and design ideas,and conduct corresponding design from site investigation and analysis,formulation of planning objectives,preliminary conception,overall layout,system planning and design,and event planning.From the anti-interference,self-adjustment and self-repair of the elastic design concept and the problems to be solved in urban rivers,ten strategies are summarized,including the recent development and long-term development,multi-function coordination,and multi-level defensive resistance.Interference,multi-scene model prediction,creating flexible space,inheriting cultural landscapes,elastic design of plant landscapes,perfecting the hydroelastic system,transforming “hard” projects into “soft” projects and establishing a flexible management system strategy.(3)Choose Xiaoqing River,Pingyu County,Zhumadian,Henan Province as the practical project,analyze the natural profile,location and land use of the project,propose the planning orientation and goals,formulate the overall layout,and introduce the functional areas and scenic spots.The main purpose is to feedback on the ten strategic studies of the urban river landscape planning and design under the guidance of the elastic design concept in the actual project,summarizing the elastic dynamic adaptation,multi-functional compatibility,multi-level flood control system,elastic space,elastic cultural landscape,and The application of food landscapes,mutualistic symbiosis,"breathing" paving,flexible revetment and flexible management systems in the urban landscape planning and design of the Xiaoqing River.
