In the process of power grid construction and operation,security has always been one of the subjects discussed and studied for a long time.How to operate safely has been promoting the development of the whole power grid construction and operation.The operation of the power grid has been relatively perfect in this regard.It's always in the controllable state by the larger security redundancy.But the safety control of power grid construction is much weaker,it can not play a better control effect only by one security measure.For example,the crossing of important facilities in the line construction has only one measure of erecting spans,and it has been blank that the remedial measures for broken wires.It has not formed a complete whole process and omnibearing security control system.In the construction of EHV transmission lines,the crossed important facilities such as the ultra-high voltage transmission lines.high-speed railway is facing a lot of problems that can not be used for reference in the past.For instance ultra-high voltage power line is very high to the ground,the safety spacing is large,and only one or two power cut plans are proposed,but the time is very short.High speed railway is not allowed to cross any construction operations in the train running time.Operation time is only between 0:00-4:00 am.The time is short,and the work pressure is very big.Since there is no direct experience of the crossing construction can be used for reference,It will be revised based on the former method of crossing the facilities and the safety distance requirements of the specification of EHV lines generally.Its work is very heavy,its process is complicated and the risk is very high.Once an accident,the consequences can not imagine,is likely to be hundreds of billions of Yuan of economic losses.In this paper,we put forward the whole process and omni-directional protection scheme for crossing important facilities at the current situation in the stage of UHV erecting.It's divided into three aspects according to the different subdivision of the construction stage.We mainly study a kind of rapid crossing construction scheme with high security and complete the safe and efficient net operation by using the mature mechanical equipment in the preparation stage of the erecting line.We also research on a wire stress monitoring device which will make the real-time monitoring of the wire stress while stringing and anchoring the lines.By judging the changes of the wire stress and the conductor sag calculated,it can prevent the occurrence of wire such as lack of safety distance and conductor breakage caused by the stress and so on.It can also solve the problem of the sag can not be observed while stringing the lines at night.Furthermore we research a kind of anti running wire device at the stage of tension stringing.By monitoring the velocity mutation in the process of pulling line,we can use it to clamp the wire timely after the wire is broken.It will minimize the loss of the crossed important facility caused by a broken line accident.Through the above three aspects of research,it will realize the efficient construction of mechanization and a complete whole process security control system in the crossing construction of EHV transmission line project.
