Taking the Marketing Committee,subordinate agency Shenzhen Airlines,(the primary department overall planning business operation in Shenzhen Airlines,hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Airlines Marketing Committee")as the research object,this thesis is designed to establish a strategic human resources management Five forces mechanism which is of practical value and worth promoting under the framework of human resources management of state-owned enterprises,by applying relevant theoretical studies of human resources management,using the experience and practices of human resources management of domestic and foreign airlines.It is hoped that a suitable human resources management Five forces mechanism could be established in Shenzhen Airlines Marketing Committee and that measure could be figured out to increase the core competitiveness and sustained competitive edge.The dissertation studies the connotation of strategic human resource management by comprehensively using of literature research method,inductive method and model research method,and meanwhile analyzes the strategic human resources management cases of representative airlines both home and abroad,thus a strategic human resources Five forces model can be established with specific implementation paths,management measures and methods in Shenzhen Airlines Marketing Committee.
