At present,the automobile industry is moving towards the goal of realizing automatic driving,but the realization of automatic driving is a complex and lengthy process,as the transition from the traditional driver control to autopilot,ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)plays an important role.ADAS mainly uses a variety of sensors installed in the car,including cameras,radar,laser and ultrasonic wave,to collect real-time environment data in the car driving process,to identify,detect and track static and dynamic objects,to calculate and analyze combined with digital map data,in order to make drivers take notice of the potential danger in the first time,and improve driving safety and comfort.At present,the major domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers in the car equip with one or more systems in ADAS.Therefore,it's pretty important how to evaluate the ADAS of different manufacturers according to the unified standard.This paper mainly introduces the Ultra flat load-bearing robot which is an autonomous platform for ADAS testing,the main research contents are as follows:1.The structure and working principle of Ultra flat load-bearing robot were introduced,the driving system,steering system,braking system,power supply system and the main frame structure of Ultra flat load-bearing robot were explained in detail;the working principle of the systems were introduced in detail.2.The design of hardware system structure and the selection of main components were researched.The structure design of each system was introduced,and several main parts with large force were simulated and analyzed;the selection of the main components was explained in detail.3.The control system of testing platform was introduced in detail,including the functions design of each module of the system,system control strategy,control system migration and the introduction of system interface and verification of technical indicators,etc.4.Make use of the Ultra flat load-bearing robot equipped with balloon vehicle to carry out the AEB(auxiliary emergency brake)system real vehicle test for a certain domestic vehicle,and make a simple analysis of the test results.Through the research and introduction of the hardware and software of the Ultra flat load-bearing robot and the actual vehicle test,a kind of Ultra flat load-bearing robot for ADAS testing is proposed,which is of great significance to the development of ADAS.
