Research On Cost Stickiness Of Construction Companies

The economic of China is at a crucial stage in the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,optimizing the economic structure and transforming the mode of economic development.Economic growth is shifting from high growth to high quality.As a pillar industry of national economy in our country,construction industry is the focus and development object of government.Sound and rapid economic development in our country occupy the important position in the process,so the construction enterprises must strengthen management,and improve the company's modern management level.Cost,as an important factor affecting the profits of enterprises,is the key point to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,which requires the enterprises to pay close attention to them in the process of production and operation.Important influence degree based on cost for enterprises,construction enterprises must strengthen the management of the cost;make the enterprise production operation more standard high effect;occupy the competitive advantage in the two markets at home and abroad,and laid a solid foundation for the economic development of China.The traditional cost model expresses the relationship between cost and business volume in a simple linear relationship,but this is a simple idealization of the actual situation.Cost of viscous phenomenon caused a huge impact to the traditional cost model,the equivalent volume increase or decrease in cost caused by the movement of variations appeared inconsistent phenomenon,and it also made in this paper,the study of construction enterprises cost stickiness problem with meaning,helping construction enterprise managers to make more accurate and reasonable cost forecast,cost management and decision-making,improving the management efficiency and obtain more profits,getting a better development.This article first expounds the cost for construction enterprise cohesive research background and research significance,on the basis of the existence of domestic and foreign scholars about the cost of viscous and influencing factors of system,the research of predecessors in the study and the empirical analysis is conducted on the basis of the original theory,selection of construction industry in 2012-2016 listed companies as samples,to establish related model,to analyze our country construction cost stickiness research,to prove its existence cost stickiness.At the same time,the influence of the span,labor intensity and fixed assets ratio on the cost viscosity of construction enterprises in China is studied.Through the analysis of the empirical results,the following conclusions can be drawn :(1)there is a cost stickiness in construction enterprises.(2)With the increase in the span of accounting period,the Cost Stickiness of construction enterprises has declined.This shows that with the increase of time,the managers of the construction industry can obtain more and more effective information,adjust the cost in time,and make more reasonable decisions.(3)the cost viscosity of construction enterprises is related to labor intensity.(4)the cost stickiness of construction enterprises is positively correlated with fixed assets ratio.Enterprises with higher fixed assets ratio have greater cost stickiness.Enterprises should pay attention to improving their own assets structure and make reasonable arrangements for them.Because of various reasons,it is impossible to completely eliminate cost stickiness.However,we can reduce the Enterprise Cost Stickiness by improving the external environment and strengthening internal management,and adjust the cost in a timely and reasonable way,so that all kinds of resources can be most effectively configured and played.The cost management level of the construction enterprises can be improved,and the enterprises can develop better and make full use of them.It will play a stimulating role in the development of our national economy and other industries.
