Research On Low-rise Fabricated Modular Residential Design

For a long time,China's residential construction has adopted the construction method of on-site wet work,which has made an important contribution to China's economic development and satisfying people's living needs.But with the development of economy and ecological civilization construction strategy is put forward,the extensive mode of construction on the environment,energy and the negative effect brought by the habitat suitability,obviously do not conform to the green,low carbon and sustainable development concept.With the emergence of new technologies,many new design concepts and construction methods have emerged.Modular design concept and assembly technology are more in line with the development of China's construction industry.With policy support and encouragement,our country's prefabricated buildings are developing rapidly.Modularization is the advanced stage of prefabricated assembly,which is an important form of construction industrialization.Prefabricated modules standardization production,not only can ensure the construction quality,also can improve the efficiency of field construction by factory production,can improve the flexibility and adaptability of the building at the same time,increase the service life building,and by building dismantling material components and save resources,protect the environment and realize sustainable development of construction.Review literature and case and summarize experience at home and abroad in detail in this paper,modular design in low-rise housing as the object of study,from the rear housing standard,investigation data and modular design links the restriction conditions of design,put forward a set of compliance with the requirement of China's national conditions and can be widely used modular system,in order to through the modular design method todesign a reasonable function,view good residential house,meet the diversified demands of living,to provide a new research idea for building design,to provide reference for low-rise residential construction,and promote the development of low-level modular homes.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the preliminary analysis of the background conditions of the research topic,defines the differences and research scope of modular and other concepts,and expounds the purpose,significance,content and method of the study.The second chapter studies the development of modularization from the aspects of historical origin,basic theory,design tools and methods,construction and other post-links,combing the relevant theories,summarizing the previous experience,providing basis and theoretical support for the later modular system.The third chapter is the core of the study.First of all,this chapter combs the related cases of modular housing,and analyzes the design methods and techniques used in classic cases.Secondly,a series of constraints related to modular design are studied,including module transportation,construction and removal.Third,combined with the low-rise residential functional space size form research,extraction of relevant parameters,the establishment of modular system and the formation of modular library.Fourth,through the use of the system to design a variety of forms and functions can meet the needs of different housing units,to verify the practicality of modular housing.The fourth chapter takes the west Zhang Cun of tangwang town as an example,carries on the planning to the village and in view of the huxing design,applies the modular system established in this article to the concrete design,further proves that the low-level modular housing can be widely used in the low-level housing in our country.The fifth chapter reviews and summarizes the main research work,analyzes the shortcomings of modular system research,and prospects the future development.
