The type of engineering structures for the reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure and the structure of the main building of this project height is 139.95m,seismic fortification intensity is 7,more than A-class highly reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure of the maximum height of 120m 120m<139.95m<140m belongs to B level height,high degree of high-rise building,at the same time there irregular planar concave and convex,irregular torsion(torsion displacement ratio 1.39)and tower bias(local floor eccentricity is greater than 15%)two irregular,for irregular,tower bias especially irregular torsion super grade high-rise buildings and need to provincial seismic fortification special review.Using SATWE(version number:2010.6)as the main computational analysis software,and using ETABS to check the results of SATWE analysis.Analysis,using mode decomposition response spectrum method is used to calculate the earthquake action,and consider the accidental eccentricity and bi-directional earthquake action,and according to the characteristics of the structure,respectively,were 0/90 degree and 45 degree/135 degree direction were calculated,and take the larger envelope design;modal combination by CQC method.It is advised to check the plastic deformation under the action of rare earthquake.According to section 3.11.4 of the technical code for concrete structure of tall building,the elastic and plastic deformation of the project is checked by elastic and plastic static analysis.In accordance with the specification requirements,the need for small and moderate earthquakes in the seismic design and seismic measures taken accordingly,and meet the performance requirements of large earthquakes.The seismic design of the project in to meet the local norms of state,Liaoning Province,Shenyang City,according to performance based seismic design concept to carry on the design,considering construction costs,earthquake damage and repair difficulty level and other factors.This project through the two SATWE and ETABS program calculation:little difference between the results,structural dynamic characteristics are basically consistent,were calculated for the cycle,the interlayer displacement angle and displacement ratio close to,all indicators are in a reasonable range,and meet the requirements of current code,calculation program suitable to calculate the results are reliable.In the calculation,the influence of torsion is included,considering the bidirectional seismic torsion effect,and the vibration mode is taken into account,so that the mass participation coefficient is not less than 90%,and the elastic time history analysis is carried out.In order to achieve the expected performance of the overall structure of the seismic performance of the target,the project carried out in the vertical component of the earthquake does not yield and elastic check.For large earthquakes,the static elastic plastic analysis(Pushover)objective is to further understand the structure elastic plastic properties and get structure under seldomly occurred earthquake collapse resistant capacity,shows that the rare case of earthquake under the maximum elastic plastic story drift angle to meet specification 1/100 of the requirements.The structure is in good condition during the whole process,and the stability of the structure under rare earthquake is still stable.When the pushing force reaches the base shear value of the rare earthquake,the structure can continue to work effectively,and the anti collapse ability can meet the requirements.
