Rotating machinery is one of the most common and most important mechanical devices,which are widely used in various industrial fields,such as machine tools,compressors,motors,aerogenerator and turbogenerator.During the operation of rotating machinery,the vibration of the rotor will be caused by many internal or external factors.The vibration of the equipment is not only an important factor affecting the safe operation of the machine,but it will even bring huge economic loss to the whole industrial production.Studying and analyzing the vibration problem of rotating machinery system is one of the key measures to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.Damping damping is a commonly used vibration control technology.Metal rubber isolator has good properties such as large damping characteristics,strong impact resistance,high temperature resistance,low temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and so on.It has a broad application prospect.In this paper,based on the investigation of vibration isolation technology and the research status of metal rubber materials,in view of the actual situation of the rotating machinery and the basic vibration of its operation,the metal rubber isolator is used as the base isolation method to find the causes of the vibration of the rotating machinery and select the appropriate vibration isolation measures.The vibration device can dissipate vibration energy,reduce or weaken the propagation of vibration,reduce vibration hazard,improve equipment life and optimize noise environment.Firstly,the vibration characteristics of rotating machinery are analyzed theoretically,and the dynamic model of the rotating machinery system is established.The relationship between the absolute transfer rate of active vibration isolation,the vibration frequency of the system,the motion response and so on is discussed,and the basic support and the arrangement of the vibration isolator are determined.Three groups of metal rubber components with different relative density were prepared,and the static experiment of loading and unloading of metal rubber was completed.The hysteresis loop of metal rubber components was obtained.According to the principle of dry friction energy consumption of metal rubber,the characteristic significance of the hysteresis loop of metal rubber material was explained.The equivalent elasticity of the metal rubber specimen was calculated.Modulus,equivalent stiffness,etc.Taking the ZDT-2Y/2W-3 rotating vibration test rig as an example,the design of the metal rubber isolator with the support of the rotary mechanical foundation is designed,and the general design method of the vibration isolation is summarized.According to the strength criterion,the nonlinear calculation of the designed metal rubber isolator based on the ANSYS/Workbench finite element software proves that the vibration isolation design meets the requirements of strength design and exerts the effect of friction energy dissipation.Finally,the force transfer rate of the metal rubber system with the vibration isolation of the rotating machinery is calculated,and the vibration isolation effect of the metal rubber isolator in the vibration of the rotating mechanical system is objectively evaluated.This paper validates the effectiveness and feasibility of metal rubber in the vibration isolation of rotating machinery and equipment,and promotes the further application of metal rubber technology in rotating machinery.It has extensive theoretical significance and practical value.
