Diesel generator sets are widely used in various types of public places.Because the generators generate large noise when they are in operation,they cannot meet the high requirements for environmental noise in nursing homes,high-end villas,and banks.To this end,ultra-silent generator sets need to be developed to meet such market needs.From the standpoint of suppressing noise,it is effective to reduce the noise by improving the combustion process of the diesel generator set,avoiding the resonance of the engine,cutting off or reducing the noise propagation.This article aims at a diesel generator set with a target power of 10 k W,selects engines and generators with excellent overall performance,conducts research on vibration reduction technology of the generator set,optimizes the entire machine by designing a suspension structure,and selecting damping materials with good damping properties.The vibration characteristics;through the optimization of the design of the muffler structure,the installation of a silent cabin with a sound-absorbing coating,so that the whole machine noise reduced to about 70db/3m.In addition,for the thermal problem caused by the silent cabin,the temperature field and flow field of the unit were analyzed based on ANSYS and Fluent software,and the structural design of the intake and exhaust of the quiet cabin was optimized,and the spatial arrangement of the components in the quiet cabin was also optimized.The vibration and noise characteristics of the diesel generator set have been greatly improved.The main research content of this topic is as follows:Firstly,based on the vibration theory,a reasonable range of damping frequency ratio was determined,and the vibration damping device design of the unit was performed accordingly.The three-dimensional model of the unit was established using pro/E software,and the vibration modal resonance response analysis was performed using the ANSYS software.Based on the analysis results,the design scheme was further optimized to obtain good vibration characteristics.Second,the noise suppression technology of the generator set was studied.By designing the silencing cabin structure,the composite steel plate with high damping properties was selected as the silencing cabin material to ensure good sound insulation effects.for exhaust noise of the engine,the exhaust muffler was improved through calculation and analysis,which further reduced the overall noise level of the generator set.Finally,for the problem of poor ventilation of the diesel generator set after installing silent cabin,the thermal analysis function of the ANSYS software was used to determine the internal temperature distribution characteristics of the unit.Based on ANSYS Fluent software,the internal air flow of the unit was analyzed to optimize the unit components.The space layout makes the flow path of the air in the cabin more reasonable,thus effectively avoiding the high temperature risk.At the same time,for heat-sensitive areas,thermal radiation effects are reduced through the use of heat-resistant cotton wraps.Verified by the oscillating characteristics test bench,the overall performance of the diesel generator is good,and the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction is obvious. |
