As a common material transport machinery in industrial production,belt conveyor is widely used in various industries of economic production.However,the conventional belt conveyor adopts a roller support structure and has a large running resistance.Studies have shown that the resistance associated with the idler is about 70%of the main resistance of the conveyor.In recent years,permanent magnet suspension belt conveyors adopt no-roll structure and have the advantages of low friction energy consumption,low maintenance cost,low manufacturing cost,stable operation,and reliable operation.They use the magnetic repulsion between the same magnetic poles to support materials and conveyer belt.So,its levitation force is an important parameter of the magnetic levitation belt conveyor system.Based on the relevant knowledge of the relevant disciplines,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the levitation forces generated by the permanent magnet suspension device of the permanent magnetic belt conveyor,and builds the model of the permanent magnetic suspension belt conveyor.Firstly,the permanent magnet levitation system is the main research object.Two methods for calculating the levitation force are introduced.Based on the theoretical basis of magnetic levitation,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet levitation support system is established,and the calculation formula of the magnetic field levitation force of the permanent magnet suspension support system is given.Secondly,the simulation model of the permanent magnet levitation device was established,and the main factors affecting the levitation force of the permanent magnets,such as the volume,gap,air gap,shape,magnetization phenomenon,magnetic flux leakage,etc.,of the permanent magnet were simulated by Maxwell software using FEM method.The author found that when a certain volume is obtained,the cuboid NdFeB permanent magnets are used to arrange irregularly,and the number of permanent magnets and the gap between the magnets are appropriately adjusted to balance the effects of magnetization and magnetic flux leakage,the levitation force generated by the permanent magnetic levitation device is maximum.Using the conclusions as a reference,the engineering examples were optimized,and linear regression analysis was performed on multiple sets of experimental data through SPSS.The linear relationship between different influencing factors and levitation force was obtained.The optimal box was found by using MATLAB tool optimization box;The permanent magnet belt conveyor prototype that satisfies this issue has verified the validity of theoretical research.In this paper,the permanent magnet suspension device of the permanent magnet suspension belt conveyor is designed and researched,and the corresponding test bench is built.The research of this subject has certain reference significance for the design and development of the new magnetic levitation belt conveyor.
