In recent years,in order to improve the bearing capacity of pile in soft soil layer,developing a ribbed prefabricated pipe pile(heterotypic pile)composite pile oundation with solidified soil,which is based on increasing pile of pile and soil contact surface,prompting the limit bearing capacity of single pile is improved.The construction technology of planting pile is adopted to ensure the reliability of pile quality in the process of planting pile.The advantages of the construction are quick and convenient,and has no obvious influence on the surrounding environment.The article adopts the method of finite element simulation analysis,through the analysis of static load test data,the studies of the alien precast pile with solidified soil in the composite mechanism of different precast pile and the main factors of vertical bearing capacity of the stabilized soil composite pile bearing capacity calculation method.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1.According to the different structure of precast pile structure under different methods of pile,the change of pile end resistance and pile side resistance under different sinking methods is analyzed.In order to avoid to damage pile,the distribution of pile side resistance and pile end resistance is compared between the dynamic implantation method and static pressure method.2.MIDAS/GTS software is applied to numerical analysis of the bearing capacity of composite pile,the pile diameter ratio of core and composite pile pile and core pile and elastic modulus of solidified soil,the influence of ultimate vertical bearing capacity of composite pile,analyses the main influencing factors: pile diameter ratio and elastic modulus of concrete precast pile for different with solidified soil in the composite action between relatively obvious,the influence of the elastic modulus of solidified soil different between precast pile and solidified soil composite effect is small,the influence of the ultimate bearing capacity with the internal and external core pile increase with the increase of the diameter ratio,and sedimentation quantity is less,when the pile diameter ratio is between 0.5 and 0.631,pile diameter than to reach the best state,and the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete elastic modulus increases with the increase of the ratio of the stabilized soil and the elastic modulus of concrete best at about 0.08.3.According to the main factors of ultimate bearing capacity of composite pile,the ultimate bearing capacity of composite pile is optimized,and the optimum ratio of pile diameter and elastic modulus is obtained.Under the same pile diameter,the ultimate bearing capacity of the special-shaped precast pile is more than 15% higher than that of PHC pipe pile.4.Bailonggang sewage treatment plant in Shanghai Di Biao reconstruction project as an example,through the 42 m,31 m two different length of the deformed composite pile vertical compressive static load and the vertical uplift,the results of static load test to verify the reliability of the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the established this article.
