As an important consumable in nuclear power technology,the demand scale of nuclear grade valves is expanding.Safety valve plays a role of safety protection in the system,so that equipment is not subject to accidents due to high pressure.The nuclear grade new safety valve is a spring safety valve structure.All the special valves in our country are basically dependent on imports.Improving the level of domestic nuclear design and development of nuclear valves is the key problem to be solved at present.Therefore,designing a new nuclear safety valve and developing a characteristic analysis platform is of great practical significance for the localization and design of nuclear grade valves.In this paper,a new type of A48 nuclear safety valve is designed,which is a spring type safety valve structure.It is loaded on the valve by spring and belongs to the direct load type safety valve.It has the advantages of simple structure,small volume,large load range and insensitive to vibration.According to the safety valve for the design basis,and the key components of spring are analyzed and calculated by the valve body wall thickness,stress,open cross-section size and spring stiffness,stress,deformation and other key technical parameters,provides a theoretical support for analyzing the safety valve characteristics.According to the theory of finite element analysis,the safety valve flow performance of nuclear grade new type safety valve through the ANSYS CFX software,the valve lift curve is calculated,based on the characteristic curve of the safety valve,combined with the theoretical data,choose the optimal spring stiffness;and the internal flow field of the valve cavity was analyzed and the calculation of flow field,temperature influence factors with the valve cavity flow field.According to the safety valve of all the key parts of the stress analysis,stress evaluation results,namely the opening and closing conditions of the allowable stress value;analysis of the natural frequency of the whole structure of the safety valve;at the same time,through the theoretical calculation of the failure analysis of the safety valve spring,a test rig is set up,and the experimental detection of spring lateral offset.With the help of the two development of ANSYS,the whole analysis process is exported and encapsulated into the VC++ software,and a new type of nuclear safety valve characteristic analysis platform is set up.The platform has good visualization function.It can be viewed in the images of each output analysis separately: solid model,mesh model,stress cloud map,flow field diagram,curve diagram,modal analysis result and so on.In this paper,a new type of A48 nuclear safety valve characteristic analysis platform has been developed.With the help of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,the structure design of a new nuclear safety valve has been realized.With this platform,largely improving the speed of numerical analysis,reducing labor input and reducing costs,it is significant for the research of localization of nuclear power valves.
