Since 2015,the Power Grid Corp has increased the assessment of the AGC operation of the grid connected enterprises in accordance with the "two rules".The change of the actual load of the thermal power unit can not keep up with the change of the dispatching load.At the same time,the combustion of the boiler is unstable and the parameters of the main steam change frequently,which has a great influence on the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the unit.In this paper,based on the flow characteristics of turbo generator units,the optimization of the flow characteristic function and the effect on the safety and economy of the unit are studied.Firstly,the extraction and optimization of the flow function of the gate are introduced.By extracting the existing gate flow function and historical fault data,the historical data and the flow characteristic function are analyzed,and the flow function optimization measures are given by using the simulation technology,and the flow function is changed according to the optimization measures.Then the flow function is verified and further refined.Finally,the influence of the flow characteristics of the regulator on the safety and economy of the unit is studied respectively.The safety is mainly studied and analyzed from the low frequency vibration fault of the medium and high pressure rotor caused by steam flow disturbance(mainly #1 bearing vibration).Economy is mainly discussed from two aspects: reducing the "two rules" and optimizing the operation of sliding pressure.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: on the basis of the serious assessment of the current grid sector,the optimization of the performance of the gate flow is imperative under the premise of the dramatic increase in the assessment pressure of the thermal power enterprises.It has a great impact on the safety and economy of the unit,and should arouse the attention of the thermal power enterprises and related scientific research institutes and technicians.At the same time,this work needs further refinement and perfection.
