This paper designs a simple gesture-based control system to solve the problem of high degree of specialization and complicated operation in the traditional four-rotor remote control system.In order to realize the quadrotor gesture remote control,the gesture control system transmits the attitude angle data which from the MEMS attitude sensor to the receiver through the Zigbee wireless module and then to the flight control board.Gesture control system has the advantages of simple operation and and it improves the traditional quadrotor remote control.The paper first analyzes the model of four-rotor remote control,and then discusses the research methods of the gesture remote control sytstem.Finally,the MEMS attitude sensor is adopted through the study of various methods to realize the gesture remote control of quadrotor aircraft.The scheme uses STM32F103 micro controller to realize signal acquisition and processing,and combines other peripheral modules to complete the hardware design of the system.The hardware circuit of the gesture remote control system is composed of two major aspects: the first is transmitter,the second is receiver.Transmitter and receiver are composed of many hardware sub-modules,such as power circuits,Zigbee wireless module,the program debug module.The paper has analyzed the function of the circuit,the principle and experimental phenomena in detail for different hardware circuit modules.The software of the gesture remote control system is composed of three major aspects: the software design of the launcher,the software design of the receiver and the software design of the remote control decoding software.Launcher and receiver each has STM32F103 microcontroller programming and CC2530 microprocessor programming.For different programmings,this article gives a detailed description of the development of integratedenvironment,the use of peripherals and programming methods.According to the experimental results,the original data from MEMS attitude sensor can be used as the data of the launcher attitude algorithm.The gesture remotes can be used to remotely control the quadrotors and the attitude data is contained on the OLED display.The test system can meet the basic design requirements.
