Research On The Integration Design Of Urban Pension Community

Nowadays,with the adjustment of China’s structural system and the steady development of the economy,people’s material living standards have also been correspondingly improved.However,while developing the economy,some social problems have been exposed,such as the gradual increase in the number of empty-nesters and the loss of old people.From a microscopic point of view,it is a family problem,bringing more burdens to young children.From a macro point of view,it hinders the progress of society.With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the contradiction of the pension problem is also deepening,which has become the focus of the government,Especially after the Nineteenth National Congress,Chinese party and state leaders put forward higher requirements for the life of the elderly.“The Research on Integrated Design of Urban Aged Community” to be written in this thesis bases on the background of the new era.In order to make the old rely on,be supported,do something and be happy,realizing the integration of urban old-age community construction from the aspects of space,function,service and so on,it integrates the surrounding space environment appropriately instead of the traditional pension institutions.This thesis takes Bairentang pension community in Yichun as an example to study the integrated design of urban pension community.Through the comparative analysis of some classic cases,it further excavates the design elements of the old-age community in the new era.It mainly aims at the integration and planning of the indoor,outdoor and semi-atrium space,which means to reasonably integrate the apartment for the aged,the university for the aged,the rehabilitation hospital and other indoor and outdoor spaces together and add the functional integration of the old-age community so that the elderly can live in a more comfortable and secure environment.In the design,the advantages and importance of the integration of urban pension community are discussed from many perspectives through the intersections of various disciplines.Meanwhile,for the depth and breadth of the design,the gaps and deficiencies in this field are filled and the theoretical foundation is enriched.The significance in this thesis lies in putting forward the corresponding opinions and measures in view of the aging of the population in the new era and constructing the urban old-age community from the stand point of space and function.Theintegration of urban pension communities can serve the lonely elderly in society,which makes them have a safe,warm and comfortable atmosphere for pension and enjoy a happy later life.Also,it dedicates kindness and caring for the country and does its little bit to help the development of the new era.
