Research On Campus Planning Of Middle School In Northwest China Based On Green Architecture Theory

As a matter of fact that the relatively backward economy in northwest region of China has always been the most important factor to restrict the improvement of middle school's construction.Meanwhile,the continuous deterioration,the shortage of resources and the crisis of energy make the conflict between school's buildings with the natural environment.With the impact of the population of globalization,architectures are similar to each other while regional culture were at the disadvantage,which lead to the style of buildings on northwest area's campus looks the same.China's 13 th five-year-plan has emphasized repeatedly that the importance of continuous improvement,propel the coordinating development of the local education and bring out new politics to encourage building green campus.There is imbalance among the development of campus,the constructions were far behind,so the tragedies on design and build green campus are needed at once.The present paper proposed related concept of green buildings.It discusses and put up forward with designing ideas on middle schools' planning,based on investigation and surveys in the northwest area with summarization of current situations and problems of the campuses' planning also combined with related research achievements of architecture and green buildings.The present paper has two main purposes,one is by means of survey and instigate on campuses in the northwest region,find out the problems and characteristics of planning now,to help improve the building quality of middle schools in the area.Another is study the sustainable sources,environment-friendly materials,suitable green building techniques,regional culture and so on which can be used on planning of middle school campus in the northwest,to enhance building characters of this area's campus building.The conclusion of this paper will have operation and expansion on using concepts of green buildings to put in use on planning middle schools' campuses in the northwest region.
