Study On Design Strategy Of Open Community Under Block System

The Community Planning plays an important role in the urban framework system.China's documents in 2016 point out that new housing to promote the Block System,in principle no longer to build Closed Residential areas.The Open Community is the inevitable trend of the future sustainable development of cities and community in China.Although the implementation of Block System alleviates the existing urban problems,its complexity and openness make them face new contradictions and challenges.Therefore,It is the main practice and important research subject of Open Community planning and design to systematically analyze and study the problems and solutions of Open Community under the concept of Block System,and to find the breakthrough and innovation in the planning and design of Open Community.The exploration and research on the design strategy of Open Community under the concept of Block System has certain theoretical significance and applied value to the development of city and community.This paper takes the Open Community design strategy as the research object.Based on the analysis of the concept and theory of Open Community,this paper expounds the development and influence of the urban residential community model and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the Open Community in China.Summing up the development experience of the Block Community in the world,from the deeply analyzed and studied of the community scale,function layout,road traffic,block vigor,landscape greening,public construction and supporting facilities,safety management and other aspects of Open Community in China.According to the characteristics of Open Community abroad,this paper explores the community spatial structure and function organization,block edge interface,community security,landscape and public facilities sharing and opening,and other design strategies,from the perspective of Open Community spatial structure,land use model and transportation system.At the last,put forward the design strategy of Open Community under the concept of Block System.Not only do the research on the design strategy of Open Community under the concept of Block System provides an effective way to solve the problem of Open Community,improves the theoretical content of urban and community planning and provides theoretical support and reference for the practice of it,,but also provides theoretical basis and reference for the formulation of relevant policies and provides afavorable guarantee for the implementation of the district policy.
