Precast Pipe-pile of Reinforced Concrete(PPRC)composite foundation is a new method of foundation treatment.It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity,large adjustment range,small settlement deformation and fast stability.Compared with the widely used CFG pile composite foundation,the CFG pile can solve the problems of long construction period,high cost and low pile quality.It broadens the new field of building foundation design and foundation treatment.But at present,the theoretical research on PPRC stiffness body is not enough and lagged behind its development and application speed.Therefore,the following aspects are studied in this paper.(1)the PPRC is introduced in detail.The engineering properties,reinforcement mechanism,failure mode and load transfer rule of PPRC stiffened composite foundation are analyzed,and the calculation method of bearing capacity and settlement is summarized.(2)the finite element analysis of soft ANSYS is adopted.Based on the engineering background,a finite element model of PPRC composite foundation is established.The correctness and rationality of the finite element model and parameters are verified by comparing the calculated data with the measured settlement data.On the basis of this,the settlement law of PPRC composite foundation is studied from three aspects of the ratio of the length to diameter of the pile,the modulus of soil and the modulus of pile.(3)the finite element analysis of soft ANSYS is used to establish finite element model of PPRC and CFG piles,and the theoretical calculation is carried out.Based on the results,the bearing characteristics and deformation characteristics of the two kinds of composite foundation are compared.(4)according to the same project example,the economic comparison of the application of PPRC and CFG pile in foundation treatment is carried out.
