Study On Foundation Settlement Of Pile-net Composite Foundation Of Passenger Dedicated Line

With the vigorous construction of the passenger dedicated line in our country, the conception of control design on foundation settlement is put forward. The request for settlement control is very strict. A lot of soft soil area exists under some under-construction passenger dedicated lines. In order to control foundation settlement, some effective methods of processing soft soil have to been used. The pile-net composite foundation is just a good method, and it has been used in Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou passenger dedicated line and Wenzhou-Fuzhou passenger dedicated line. But at present, many researches are only limited to the project practice, and the researches are still at the initial stage. This article makes some simple theoretical analyses and researches by unifying a concrete PC pile-net composite foundation project of a passenger dedicated line.First of all, the definition of the pile-net composite foundation is given, and its composition is analyzed simply. Then the work mechanism of the pile-net composite foundation is analyzed concretely.Nextly, based on measured data of the field test in the passenger dedicated railway, load-bearing capacity of PC pile, stress on the top of pile and soil, foundation surface settlement, foundation deep settlement, Side displacement, and etc are analyzed.Subsequently, FEM is used to analyze the settlement characteristic of PC pile-net composite foundation by ANSYS. Then, the factors, such as the stiffness of cushion, the load of roadbed, and the distance of pile are changed in the analysis. The result revealed the rule of settlement in different circumstances.Finally, the way of the settlement calculation and forecasting is summarized.
