The steel pipe structure has the advantages of beautiful appearance,light weight,and unique mechanical properties.It has been widely used in the field of structural engineering at home and abroad.The node design is one of the key points in the design of steel pipe structure.At present,the commonly used node form of steel pipe structure is the intersecting node,but in the actual project,there are many forms of intersecting nodes,and there are great differences in the structure and force conditions.Many of them are beyond the scope of the relevant provisions of the current national regulations.Therefore,it is of great significance to further study the work performance of this kind of intersecting nodes to guide the engineering practice.This paper takes the Shanxi Pinglu coal transport trestle project as the background,using the test method and the finite element method to study the intersecting nodes of the ring plate,and provide the basis for the design.Firstly,aiming at the middle and lower chords of the tube truss of Shanxi Pinglu coal transport trestle,three typical nodes are selected to carry out full-scale static load tests.The experimental nodes and loading devices are designed,the loading scheme and the measuring point layout scheme are formulated,and the node loading process is performed.The stress development,deformation process and failure modes in the analysis are performed.The ultimate bearing capacity of the joints is obtained through loading tests.Secondly,using abaqus finite element analysis software,considering the material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity,the finite element model of the joint is loaded step by step according to the loading system and process of the actual experiment,and the joints of the steel pipe are performed from three aspects: stress,strain and displacement.Elastoplastic analysis.Reveal the force performance of the node,the expansion of the plastic zone,and the distribution of stress and strain in the node area.Compare the results of the finite element analysis with the experimental results.Finally,from the above experimental research and numerical simulation,the node's carrying capacity is evaluated,the weak areas of the node area are determined,and corresponding reinforcement measures are put forward.At the same time,the accuracy of the finite element analysis results and the feasibility of the calculation method are verified.In this paper,the bearing capacity of the joints with out-of-plane annular plates is studied.The experimental results obtained and the analytical methods used have certain reference values for similar engineering structures.
